Benidorm Connect Private Transfer

What travellers mean by Benidorm Connect

Benidorm Connect commonly means travel between Alicante-Elche Airport (ALC) and a Benidorm hotel or apartment. This page describes an independent private transfer by Transfer Valencia 24, with no affiliation to similarly named shuttle companies. The central Benidorm trip is roughly 58-60 km and 40-60 minutes in normal conditions. These are estimates, not guaranteed times.

Is a private transfer right for this trip?

A direct vehicle suits late arrivals, early departures, families, several suitcases or groups: there are no changes and the trip ends at the booked address. A solo traveller with light luggage and a flexible arrival time will usually spend less on a scheduled coach.

• Choose private: families, groups of four or more, business travellers, late arrivals and passengers with special luggage.
• Choose public transport: one or two budget travellers who can manage fixed departure times and the final trip from the stop.
• Leave extra time: summer changeover days, roadworks, rain, busy airport exits and restricted-access streets can extend the journey.

Ways to get from Alicante Airport to Benidorm

Aena lists a direct airport-Benidorm coach. ALC has no train or tram platform: the rail-style option uses the C6 bus to Alicante and then TRAM L1. That change is awkward with heavy bags or a tight arrival. Check operator times and fares for your date rather than using a static timetable.

Pickup and drop-off without guesswork

For an airport arrival, enter the flight number, landing date, passenger name and a phone that works in Spain. Collect your bags, then follow the confirmed meeting instructions. A name-sign meeting can be arranged, but check the exact point and waiting allowance. If the flight or baggage is delayed, switch on your phone and contact the service.

Drop-off can be a hotel, apartment, villa, campsite or private address where vehicle access is legal. Provide the full address and accommodation name; for an apartment, add the building, entrance and a landmark. For the return, choose an accessible entrance, add a separate airport check-in buffer and confirm pickup early. Custom station or port pickups need the train or ship details and an agreed exit.

Luggage, children and accessible travel

Transfer Valencia 24 uses insured vehicles and minivans for parties of up to eight. Eight seats do not guarantee room for eight large cases, so list cabin bags and checked cases separately. Declare a pushchair, wheelchair, golf bag, bicycle box or other oversized item before choosing the vehicle.

• Request child seats early and provide each child’s age, height and weight.
• For wheelchair travel, state chair dimensions, whether it folds, whether the passenger can transfer, and whether a ramp and floor anchorage are required.
• Accessible vans and specific seat types depend on advance confirmation and vehicle availability.

What the quoted service covers

The core service is a private vehicle with a licensed driver, pickup coordination, help with reasonable luggage and a direct trip to the confirmed address. Vehicles have air conditioning; Wi-Fi is available in suitable vehicles, so confirm it if essential. Check the quote for parking, tolls, long waiting, extra stops and route changes. A fixed price covers only the accepted details. Travel can be arranged 24/7, but last-minute availability is not guaranteed.

Book with the details that matter

Enter both full addresses, date and local pickup time, flight number, passenger count and complete luggage list. Add child seats, mobility needs and stops before payment. Check the travel direction, capacity, total price, meeting point, waiting and cancellation terms, and contact number in the confirmation. For a smoother return, book Benidorm to Alicante Airport at the same time. Request a Transfer Valencia 24 quote online after counting every passenger and bag.
